Terms & Conditions Rajampo – Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

By accessing the rajampo website at rajampo.im, creating an account, or carrying out any transaction on our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to fully comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Acceptance of these terms also applies to all services offered by rajampo, including but not limited to slots, live dealer blackjack, roulette, Sports Betting (football, badminton, cricket), and any new games or services that may be added in the future.

To register and use the rajampo platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. rajampo conducts periodic age verification checks and reserves the right to request documentary proof at any time.
• Malaysian Citizens or Residents: The rajampo platform is designed exclusively for users in Malaysia. You must access the platform from within Malaysia.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• Non-Rajampo Employees: Employees, contractors, advisors, and their immediate family members are not permitted to create a user account on rajampo.
• Not on Self-Exclusion List: You must confirm that you are not currently enrolled in any active voluntary self-exclusion programme.

Each individual is only permitted to have one (1) active account at rajampo at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited.

• You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your rajampo account login credentials (username and password).
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. False or misleading information is grounds for account termination.
• A rajampo account is personal and may not be transferred to or shared with any other individual.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the rajampo support team immediately.

All financial transactions on rajampo are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. Rajampo does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency.

• Rajampo reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding RM 5,000.
• The withdrawal method used must be the same as, or related to, the deposit method associated with the account.
• Withdrawals to third parties or to accounts not registered under the rajampo member's own name are strictly prohibited.
• Rajampo reserves the right to hold or delay the processing of withdrawals suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

Rajampo offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including new member welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, free spins, and exclusive VIP offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each offer.

• Wagering Requirement: Most rajampo bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before the bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering requirements are stated in each bonus offer.
• Bonus Validity Period: rajampo bonuses have varying validity periods. Any unused bonuses or unfulfilled conditions within the stipulated timeframe will expire automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: By default, only one active bonus is permitted at a time unless otherwise stated in the offer's terms.
• Bonus Abuse Policy: Any attempt to abuse the rajampo bonus system — including hedging, bonus arbitrage, or opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and possible account closure.
• Right to Void: rajampo reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate any promotion or bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

All games offered on rajampo – including slots, live dealer blackjack, roulette, Sports Betting (football, badminton, cricket), and other games – are operated in accordance with the rules set by their respective game providers and rajampo.

• All rajampo game outcomes are final once confirmed by the system. No appeals will be entertained regarding valid game results.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session, rajampo will endeavour to settle any affected bets fairly based on our server records.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any unauthorised method to play or place bets on rajampo is strictly prohibited.
• Sports Betting odds displayed on rajampo are subject to change until a bet is confirmed by the system.
• For Sports Betting, official results from recognised governing bodies (e.g. BWF for badminton, ICC for cricket) will be used to settle bets.

As part of rajampo's commitment to security and anti-money laundering compliance, we conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) process for all members.

• Rajampo reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawals that exceed a specified threshold.
• Documents that may be requested include: MyKad (Malaysian Identity Card), passport, proof of address (recent utility bill or bank statement), and a statement for the payment method used.
• All documents submitted to rajampo will be stored securely in accordance with Privacy Policy us and will not be shared with any third party without your consent, except as required by law.
• Failure to provide KYC documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary withdrawal suspension until the verification process is complete.

Rajampo maintains a safe, respectful, and enjoyable gaming environment for all members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rajampo platform:

• Threats, harassment, or offensive language directed at other players or rajampo staff through any communication channel.
• Any attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of rajampo.
• Using the rajampo platform for any unlawful activity, including money laundering, fraud, or financing illegal activities.
• Sharing your account or granting account access to another individual.
• Spreading false or misleading information about rajampo on social media platforms or public forums.

Whether initiated by the member or by rajampo, account closure may occur in the following situations:

• By Member: You may request the closure of your rajampo account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance will be returned to you upon completion of the KYC verification process.
• Closure by rajampo: rajampo reserves the right to close or suspend the account of any member who violates these Terms & Conditions, without prior notice in serious cases.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who apply for self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming will have their access suspended for the requested duration. Any account balance will be returned upon expiry of the exclusion period or upon request.
• Inactive Account: Accounts showing no activity for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity maintenance fee of RM 10 per month. Members will be notified by email before this fee is applied.

Rajampo provides its online entertainment platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, errors, or data loss. We are, however, committed to addressing any technical disruptions promptly.

• Rajampo shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or exemplary losses suffered by members.
• Rajampo's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Rajampo is not responsible for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, internet service provider failures, natural disasters, or third-party interference.

Rajampo takes our responsible gaming commitment seriously. Our platform provides a range of self-control tools to help members stay in control of their gaming experience:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limit: Set a limit on how much you can deposit within a given time period.
• Loss Limit: Set a limit on the maximum amount you can lose before the system automatically stops your session.
• Play Time Limit: Set a reminder or limit on how long you play in a single session.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Long-Term Self-Exclusion: Apply for self-exclusion from the platform for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently.
